Dr. Grandhi’s research interests combine user experience (UX), design thinking, and consumer behavior to gain an understanding of how people use products and services. She adopts an interdisciplinary approach to her research by drawing on theories from several disciplines such as communication, social psychology, cognitive science, computer science and semiotics.
